Meet Sal Dorsey, a passionate certified health and fitness professional and group exercise instructor with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Sal has excelled in various sports, including karate, football, track and field, and powerlifting. More than just an instructor, he is a multifaceted fitness expert, certified as a personal trainer, neuromuscular flexibility specialist, cardiovascular specialist, and corrective exercise specialist, as well as a Pilates Mat and Spin instructor. With his diverse background and unwavering dedication, Sal is committed to empowering others to achieve their fitness goals in a supportive and motivating environment.
